The success of English Bay to command a 60% market share of the Canadian food service business as well as major inroads into the US retail business is what we are most proud of.

English Bay Batter, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia is a leading manufacturer of Food Service, Private Label, and In-Store Bakery products and services. The company started in 1983 as a premier cookie dough and baked cookie manufacturer and has grown to a medium sized corporation with 8 manufacturing facilities. English Bay Batter has accomplished a high standard of quality that has created a strong demand for our gourmet products. The Gourmet Cookie Line has won Best Cookie of Toronto, Vancouver and Phoenix. We won "Best of Show" and a Gold Medal at the American Tasting Institute for four consecutive years (1999 - 2002).

English Bay Batter is available for all distribution channels: Food Service, In-Store Bakeries, Private Label, C-Stores and Club Stores. We offer our own (English Bay Batter) brand, co-manufacturing, Private Label and blending opportunities.
